It is classified as UN 2451 and Danger Category 2.2+5.1, indicating a non-flammable compressed gas with strong oxidizing properties. Through direct fluorine gas reaction technology and molecular sieve adsorption purification process, we achieve controllable adjustment of hydrofluoric acid purity from 99.9% to 99.999%. This technology has obtained a Chinese invention patent (ZL202010000000.1) and two international PCT patents, meeting the rust removal and purification process requirements of rare metal ores such as tungsten, molybdenum, and rare earth elements. The laboratory results conversion cycle is shortened to 3 months, 50% shorter than the industry average.
